We’re currently hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a remote role open to self-motivated candidates who have the experience and capacity to help bring our vision to life.
Key responsibilities
Handle inquiries and requests from corporate and professional traders effectively
Continuously develop and improve your skills
Lead by example and demonstrate full ownership of outstanding customer service
Help foster a positive customer support culture by actively participating in and supporting Bitfinex’s vision, initiatives, and goals
Collaborate with other teams
Work independently with minimal supervision, be flexible with working hours and arrangements, and make decisions in line with Bitfinex practices
Have experience and a strong interest in finance, mathematics, or statistics
Understand trading and derivatives markets
Strong analytical skills
Experience in customer relations; ability to manage requests and inquiries is essential
Excellent English communication skills
Genuine passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain
Strong attention to detail
Focus on security and privacy
Familiarity with Office tools (especially Excel)
