**What you will do:**
– Provide outstanding customer support in the blockchain sector via chat and email
– Build positive, long-lasting customer relationships
– Meet team KPIs
– Stay current with cutting-edge technology
– Handle customers’ sensitive information securely
– Apply the latest customer happiness practices
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our clients’ products and services
– Communicate with developers and other teams across various IT companies
**What you need to succeed in this role:**
– Excellent English and Russian (at least C1 in both speaking and writing)
– Experience in customer service
– Personal or professional **experience in crypto** is required
– Strong analytical and research skills
– A positive, responsible attitude
– Your own laptop/PC (at least 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
**A plus:**
– A strong interest in innovative financial technologies, or prior experience in the financial or payments industry
– Experience with CRM systems
