You have experience in hotel operationsandare able toconsult our member hotels in all Quality Assurancerelated questions.The Coordinator Hotel Quality Assurance coordinates annual planning andmeasures in order to assist our hotels andinternal clients to receive better results in quality audits and mystery shopping.

We need your

The main functions of the position are

• Oversee and manage our global mystery shopping and experience managementprocesses
• Management of our LMS (user management, content, etc.)
• 1st person of contact and internal expertfor all Quality Assurance related requests
• SupportingHead of Department in global projects

You are made for this position if you:

• Want to take first steps in quality assurance
• Easily comprehend workflow and context of processes
• Have strong communication skills in English (German or other language aplus)
• Are able to adapt your working style to the challenges and changes of an agile environment
• Hospitality background is required
