About the role:

As a Content Designer, you will work in the Product team, close to Designers and Engineering team.

We expect someone to shape experiences, build trust with our community, and evolve our brand voice through the definition of copy style and patterns.

In addition, you will be crafting diverse user interface content, from diverse App flows to messaging.

What you will do

Understand InfinitePay tone of voice and write clear copy for our App to help users navigate our products.
Collaborate with Product Designers to build new features and improve our mobile App experience.
You will contribute to building a better visual style, interface, interaction flow and experiences.
Work closely with our Product, Engineering and CX partners.
Understand the value of listening to users to make decisions.
Help with UX best practices.
Advocate for the practice of UX Writing in the company and empower your colleagues to adhere to outstanding writing standards.

What you need to succeed

At least three years of relevant writing experience, UX writing, content strategy, consumer-focused copywriting.
Experience working with digital products.
Hold a relevant degree of Journalist, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience with proof of content production.
An online portfolio or work samples demonstrate experience and creativity in designing user-centered solutions.
You can think critically about user journeys and content flows and connect the dots between them.
Highly collaborative and self-directed.
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with different stakeholders.
You have excellent writing proficiency in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus) and can write concise and compelling digital copy.
Strong enthusiasm for technology.
Experience with Payments/Financial sectors is a plus.

As a member of a fully remote and distributed team, you are expected to complete tasks autonomously, being highly collaborative and self-driven.
