We’re building an MVP for a new AI-powered product that helps users reflect on their communication and leadership through advanced transcription and natural language processing. You will be working remotely with a small team led by Harvard and Georgetown professors (based in the US).

We’re looking for an AI Consultant to help us integrate cloud-based transcription services and large language models (LLMs) into a simple, user-friendly web app.

Project timeline: 3-6 months

🔍 What You’ll Do:

•Advise and support the integration of transcription APIs (e.g., AWS Transcribe or Google Speech-to-Text).

•Guide or implement prompt engineering and structured output using OpenAI’s GPT models (e.g., GPT-4).

•Ensure clean data flow between backend components and UI (Python/Nodejs + React preferred).

•Deliver a working MVP that converts short audio or video uploads into meaningful, AI-generated summaries.

✅ Ideal Experience:

•Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and OpenAI’s API suite.

•Background in natural language processing or speech-to-text systems.

•Knowledge of Python and/or Nodejs, with cloud experience (AWS preferred).

•Ability to collaborate on a fast-moving MVP with a lean, startup-style team.

•Excellent spoken English is required.

🚀 Nice to Have:

•Experience building AI/ML-powered MVPs or prototypes.

•Familiarity with OpenAI Assistant API, cloud storage (e.g., S3), or SQL backends.

•Experience working with leadership, coaching, or feedback-oriented tools is a plus.
