Piton Labs is looking for a driven Business Development Representative as we enter our next phase of expansion. As the first person to hold this role, you will play an essential part in growing our customer base and establishing new strategic partnerships. Candidates located between GMT-8 (West Coast of the United States) and GMT-3 are strongly preferred, though others may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will take part in the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals—with support from our founding team. Deep technical knowledge isn’t required, but a solid baseline understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to potential customers.

Your key responsibilities include:
• Identifying and engaging new prospects
• Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
• Designing and executing targeted sales strategies for our core markets (startups and enterprise innovation)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to share customer needs and feedback
• Building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication
• Presenting and demonstrating our solutions clearly, showing how they meet customer needs

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• Native-level English proficiency
• 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in a technology environment
• Proven track record of acquiring new customers

**TELEWORK POLICY**
• 100% remote, with no physical office
• Preference for candidates based in the United States with work authorization
• Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to maintain a 4–6 hour overlap with the East Coast time zone on most days
• Suitable for digital nomads, with no requirement for a fixed work location
