Responsibilities
We collaborate with various organizations to help train large language models, enabling advanced generative AI systems to produce better code.

Examples of project tasks include:
• Reviewing and assessing AI-generated code and providing clear explanations of your reasoning
• Solving coding challenges by writing effective, functional programs
• Creating clear, readable descriptions of coding problems and their solutions

No prior AI experience is needed. You will receive thorough instructions once your application and verification are complete.

Qualifications
Required:
• Full fluency in English, with the ability to explain code and abstract concepts clearly
• Experience with one or more of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript, SQL, C, C++, C#, or HTML
• Applicants must reside in the United States, Canada, the UK, New Zealand, Australia, or India

Preferred:
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (students are also encouraged to apply)
• Additional experience with Swift, Ruby, Rust, Go, .NET, Matlab, PHP, HTML, Dart, R, Apex, or Shell scripting
