**About the Product Manager role**
Product Managers turn a client’s vision into clear product requirements, delivering real value while guiding a remote team to successful execution.

Our model offers a fresh take on the PM role: remote and flexible, with significantly higher throughput than traditional PM positions. This lets PMs define and deliver dozens of full-stack products each year, accelerating both learning and impact.

Key responsibilities include:
– Discussing the project with the client to identify required functionality
– Helping the client evaluate options, edge cases, and the simplest way to build
– Answering technical questions involving API integrations or complex workflows
– Creating detailed specifications based on project needs and our standards
– Managing development and design teams to deliver the project, providing feedback and support as needed
– Assisting the client in iterating on the product using data, best engineering practices, and customer feedback
– Senior PMs also mentor and guide other PMs

**What we look for**

. Qualities we look for in this role include:
– **Analytical and client-facing experience:** Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in an analytical, client-facing role (e.g., management consulting, finance, or product management). Senior candidates should have 7+ years of relevant experience.
– **Strong communication skills:** PMs spend much of their time working directly with clients, so they must communicate clearly and logically in both speech and writing. Senior PMs may also mentor and coach others, so experience here is a plus.
– **Genuine interest in no-code:** Candidates should be excited by the disruptive potential of no-code and the chance to reinvent the traditional agency model and set a new standard.
– **Product sense and commitment to simplicity:** Product Managers should be able to quickly identify the simplest path from idea to product, regardless of industry or application.
– **Analytical thinking:** Creating high-quality software is often logically complex, so strong conceptual and logical reasoning is essential.
– **Time management and task orientation:** Since we work with many clients at once and consistently meet deadlines, candidates should be highly organized and dependable.
– **Enjoyment of intellectual and creative challenges:** Solving technical problems for real human needs requires both creativity and rigor—people who enjoy difficult problems are well suited for this role.
