About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, strategic Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and oversee the Clinical Operations talent acquisition team, introduce innovative hiring strategies, and partner with leadership to meet the organization’s talent needs.
In this role, you will manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners while acting as a trusted partner to Clinical Operations leaders. You will be essential to scaling Lyra’s recruiting capabilities to support rapid growth, operational excellence, and our commitment to delivering industry-leading patient care.
As Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will combine people leadership, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with cross-functional partners to build diverse, mission-driven teams that drive Lyra’s clinical operations.
Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with Clinical Operations, Clinical Strategy, and other internal stakeholders to design and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners, promoting accountability, growth, and engagement.
• Use recruiting metrics and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes, interview processes, and candidate experience.
• Evaluate talent market trends and convert insights into proactive sourcing and workforce planning strategies.
• Build and optimize recruiting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality of hire.
• Advise leadership strategically by providing clear, data-driven recommendations and progress updates.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of relevant recruiting experience
• 3+ years of recruiting management experience
• Ability to think strategically about the future of Lyra’s provider network and recommend an appropriate recruiting strategy
• Ability to navigate uncertainty in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong partner to recruiting leaders, clinical operations, clinical quality, and other stakeholders
• Ability to build, empower, inspire, and lead a recruiting team to consistently meet recruiting goals
• Strong analytical skills, including data collection, productivity tracking, stakeholder reporting, and data-driven decision-making
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
$119,000 – $164,000 per year
As a full-time Manager, Talent Acquisition (Clinical), you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $119,000 to $164,000. The final base salary depends on the role and level, as well as job-related factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
