How You’ll Contribute:
Lead end to end clinical recruiting, including research, sourcing, candidate assessment, and hiring strategy.
Develop an understanding of Color’s products, technology, market position, and employer value proposition to successfully identify and engage passive talent.
You will own all aspects of sourcing and partner with our leaders and hiring teams.
Track, analyze, and share pipeline performance data with internal partners regularly.
Continuously measure, evaluate, and improve our hiring pipelines and processes.
Create a pipeline strategy to effectively attract talent based on current industry news, trends, and information.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have/Be:
3+ years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter for foundational, corporate, business, and/or clinical lab teams/
Experience leveraging data and metrics to deliver candidate funnel updates, insights, and recommendations.
Strong knowledge of ATS configuration and management.
Nice to Have:
Experience recruiting within the startup, technology, digital health, or healthcare/pharma industries.
Experience attracting and engaging underrepresented professionals.
