What You’ll Do

• Transfer inbound calls/leads to appropriate account executives
• Handle mail scans/correspondence for outgoing documentation
• Gather information and appropriately input into databases
• Assign calls appropriately in our databases
• Communicate with team and various sales managers daily
• Provide general administrative and clerical support

What You’ll Need

• · Associates degree preferred or related work experience
• · 1-2 years of administrative, clerical or customer service experience
• · Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner
• · Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
• · Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills
• · Driven and motivated to learn new skills and be successful
