We are looking for a Chief Architect who will successfully design and implement ground breaking software defined storage solutions for tomorrow’s enterprise and cloud environments.This unique individual will have strong expertise and experience in bringing to market leading software products in enterprise, cloud, or virtualization computing environments.
You will leverage your knowledge, experience, and creativity to build an enterprise storage software team, lead the design and development for a range of innovative cloud-based software storage products, and exercise a key leadership role in defining and driving the company’s vision, from innovative architectural concepts into customer deployments. You will work closely with DDN’s design, product management, engineering, senior management and leadership teams to define, implement and deliver a best in class suite of software solutions for enterprise and cloud based applications.

BA/BS or MA/MS in a design field
What will you be doing
Drive the overall vision and implementation plan for enterprise and cloud storage solutions.
Own the technical activities for your team, set priorities, remove impediments, and help your organization operate efficiently and reach its full potential.
Train and mentor enterprise software engineers to build quality products
Define and build administration and services front-end for the company’s most advanced products
Participate on the leadership team for a newly formed Business Unit, representing the company’s future direction
Promoting design across the broader professional and academic design community.
