This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position. You can select which projects to work on and set your own schedule. Projects are paid hourly, starting at $15–20 per hour, with bonuses for delivering high-quality work at high volume. With a wide variety of projects—many involving writing or evaluating chatbot conversations—you can concentrate on the subjects you’re most interested in.

We’re looking for writers and curious, detail-focused individuals to join our team and help train our AI chatbots. You’ll carry out conversations with the chatbots we’re developing to monitor their progress, and you’ll also create new, original conversations to teach them what to say.

In this role, you’ll need strong creativity and careful attention to detail to produce helpful conversations and assess their quality. No prior experience is necessary, since we provide training, and many people find the work engaging and easy to repeat.

Responsibilities:

– Create a range of conversations

– Research and verify AI answers

– Fluent in English
– Detail-oriented
– Strong writing and grammar skills
– Excellent research and fact-checking abilities to ensure accuracy and originality
– Able to work at least 10 hours per week
– A bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
