This is a live customer service chat role. We’re looking for people who can write clear, helpful responses during online chat conversations. Strong written English skills and a friendly attitude are required. No prior experience is necessary.

You’ll help businesses by replying to live chat messages on their websites or social media pages. The role is fully remote, so you can work online from anywhere.

Your duties include answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and providing discounts via the company’s live chat on its website or through its social media channels. This position is paid hourly.

Contract length: No fixed term
Hourly rate: $25–$35 USD

Requirements: You must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, plus a reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are also required.

Skills/Experience: This is an entry-level chat support position. Full training will be provided, and prior experience is not required.

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world (applicants from the United States are preferred).
