This is a job opportunity to work as a live chat customer support agent. We are looking for people who can respond in writing during online conversations, with good written English communication skills and a friendly attitude. No prior experience is required.

You will help companies by replying to live chat messages on their websites or social media platforms. The role is fully remote, so you can work online from anywhere.

Your responsibilities include answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts through the live chat on the company’s websites or social platforms. Pay is based on an hourly rate.

Contract duration: ongoing (no fixed end date)

Compensation: US$25 to US$35 per hour

Requirements: you must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, along with a reliable internet connection. Basic written English is also required.

Skills/Experience: entry-level positions in chat support are available. Full training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary.

Location: fully remote, anywhere in the world (preference for candidates in the USA).
