This job posting is for an online live chat support position. We’re looking for people who can type responses in real time during live chat conversations. Candidates should have strong English writing skills and a friendly, helpful attitude. No prior experience is needed.

In this role, you will assist businesses by answering live chat messages on their websites or social media platforms. All roles are fully remote, so you can work from anywhere.

Your responsibilities: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be compensated to respond to customer questions, share sales links, and provide discounts through live chat on a company’s website or social channels.

Contract length: No set end date

Pay rate: $25–$35 per hour

Requirements: You must have a laptop, phone, or tablet and reliable internet access. Basic English writing skills are required.

Skills/background: These are entry-level chat support roles. Complete training will be provided, and no previous job experience is required.

Location: Remote worldwide, with preference for applicants in the United States.
