This is a job posting for a Live Chat Customer Service Representative position. We are looking for people who can respond in writing during online chats, have excellent English skills in both speaking and writing, and bring a friendly attitude. Previous experience is not required.
You will support companies by answering customer inquiries in live chats on their websites or on social media platforms. This role is 100% remote, so you can work online from anywhere.
Your responsibilities include responding to customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts via live chat on the company’s websites or social media channels. Compensation is paid hourly.
Contract duration: permanent (no fixed end date)
Pay: $25–$35 per hour
Requirements: You must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet and access to a reliable internet connection. Basic English skills in both writing and speaking are also required.
Skills/Experience: Entry-level chat support roles are available. Full training will be provided, and prior experience is not necessary.
Location: 100% remote, worldwide (candidates from the United States are preferred)
