This is a live chat customer support position. We’re looking for people who can respond in writing during online conversations. Good English writing skills and a friendly attitude are essential. No prior experience is required.
You’ll help businesses by answering live chat messages on their websites or social media platforms. The job is fully remote, so you can work from anywhere.
Your responsibilities include responding to customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts through live chat on the company’s website or social platforms. Pay is hourly.
Contract duration: ongoing (indefinite term)
Pay: $25 to $35 per hour
Requirements: you must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, as well as a stable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are also required.
Skills/Experience: this is an entry-level chat support role. Training is provided, and prior experience is not necessary.
Location: 100% remote, anywhere in the world (preference for candidates in the USA).
