This is a job opportunity to work as a live chat customer service agent. We are looking for people who can respond in writing during online conversations, with a good level of written English and a friendly attitude. No prior experience is required.
You will help companies by replying to customers’ live chat messages on their websites or on social media platforms. This position is 100% remote, so you can work online from anywhere.
Your responsibilities include answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts through live chat on the company’s websites or social media platforms. Pay is based on an hourly rate.
Contract duration: indefinite (no fixed end date)
Compensation: $25–$35 per hour
Requirements: you must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, along with a reliable internet connection. Basic written English is also required.
Skills/experience: entry-level chat support roles are available. Full training is provided, and prior experience is not necessary.
Location: 100% remote, anywhere in the world (preference for candidates in the United States).
