This is a customer service position via live chat. We’re looking for people who can provide written responses during online conversations. Applicants should have strong English writing skills and a friendly tone; prior experience is not required.

You will help businesses by replying to direct chat messages on their websites or social media pages. The role is fully remote, so you can work from anywhere—provided you have an internet connection.

Your responsibilities include answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts through the company’s website chat or social media platform. Pay is hourly.

Contract duration: Permanent

Salary: $25 to $35 per hour

Requirements: You must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, as well as a stable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are also required.

Skills/experience: Entry-level positions in chat support. Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary.

Location: Fully remote worldwide (candidates residing in the USA are preferred).
