Finance at TRACTIAN

The Finance team at TRACTIAN is responsible for managing the company’s financial health and ensuring sustainable growth. This team oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring that all departments have the resources they need to operate efficiently. They also manage financial reporting and compliance, working closely with other departments to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Finance is key to driving profitability, managing cash flow, and ensuring that TRACTIAN maintains a healthy financial foundation as it scales.

What you’ll do

As an SAP B1 Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for aligning the company’s internal needs across the three regions (Brazil, Mexico and US) where we operate with SAP system functionalities. In this role, you will oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. This is a hands-on position where you will play a dual role—strategizing and executing SAP solutions while providing support to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of SAP B1 modules to meet company needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor SAP system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
• Provide training and technical support to users, ensuring smooth adoption of SAP solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data security and regional operational requirements in all implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience implementing and managing SAP solutions, preferably in a multi-region context.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP B1 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Production) and integration techniques.
• SAP certification or related credentials are a plus.
