You

We’re looking for a Senior QA expert who’s ready to take ownership of our quality assurance approach from the ground up. You’ll build the automation framework, shape testing processes, and define best practices – all while staying hands-on with day-to-day testing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants to make a real impact on product quality.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Build and implement a scalable QA automation framework from scratch using industry best practices
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts (UI, API, integration) to ensure consistent quality
• Own and evolve QA processes, driving efficiency and structure across testing activities
• Perform hands-on manual and automated testing of new features and system integrations
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure test coverage aligns with business goals
• Identify, document, and help resolve bugs and usability issues
• Track quality metrics, provide insights, and continuously seek ways to improve coverage and reliability
• Stay up to date on the latest QA trends, tools, and technologies, bringing innovation into the process

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation, including creating and maintaining testing frameworks
• Solid experience with tools like Cypress, Jest, Selenium, or similar
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, PHP, or equivalent for test automation
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp)
• Deep understanding of functional, integration, regression testing methods
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Proactive, self-driven mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality software
• Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

GROSS SALARY

• 3 801 – 4 628 EUR/month. Salary offers are based on the candidate’s experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
