Role Overview
As a Case Analysis Intern at Springworks, you’ll gain practical, hands-on experience within SpringVerify, our leading background verification platform. You’ll collaborate closely with various teams in the Operations department and build valuable skills across different operational functions.

Responsibilities
• Support the operations team with daily tasks such as case analysis, document checks, and managing databases.
• Help conduct background verification processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and respond to customer queries promptly.
• Share ideas to improve and streamline processes.
• Make outbound calls to collect required information and follow up on verification cases.
• Follow all established procedures to maintain data privacy and security.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements
• A recent graduate with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, as well as Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to spot discrepancies in data.
• Capable of working independently and within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Prior experience with calling and phone etiquette is a plus.

Note
The Operations Intern role offers the chance to work across multiple operational teams. Team placement will depend on your skills, interests, and current business needs. This position includes call-making responsibilities and requires a full-time commitment of at least 9 months.
High performers may be offered a full-time role after the internship.

Shift Structure
• 6-day workweek in a fast-paced full-time internship.
• Occasional night shifts or Sunday work may be required, with compensation provided.
• Overtime pay is offered for night shifts or Sunday work as per company policy.
• Standard work duration: 8 hours per day.

Shift Timings
1. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
2. 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
3. 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
4. 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
5. 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
6. 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
7. 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

You will work in shifts based on business needs, and shift timings may change over time.
