Support career management, goals and incentive programs aimed at the Executive Group. Ensure the effectiveness of initiatives and compliance with organizational standards.
Responsibilities
Lead career development initiatives among executives.
Create and disseminate informational materials about People products and programs, aimed at the Executive Group, ensuring clarity and relevance.
Plan and facilitate training for executives, promoting adherence to policies and incentive programs.
Work in initiatives related to Executive engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor program performance indicators, focusing on results and adopting a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Create and monitor dashboards with area KPIs;
Requirements:
Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking).
Ability to create materials for executive levels, using Google tools.
Knowledge of PowerBI is desirable.
Ability to adapt to dynamic and constantly changing environments.
Assertive communication and good storytelling skills.
Analytical vision with an emphasis on results and problem-solving skills in collaboration with senior leadership.
Must be located in Brazil, preferences for Campinas or Belo Horizonte
