  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 12:00 AM, 7 days a week
  • Weekly Offs: N/A (fixed shifts are assigned based on shift bids)
  • Shift Timing: Fixed based on shift bid; earliest start time is 9:30 AM and latest work end time is 12:00 AM. Times may change at the client’s request.
  • Other Requirements: As required by the business
  • Work Setup: WFH and WFO (hybrid)

 

We are seeking full-time associates to support our client.

  • Customer service-focused mindset
  • Ability to work with multiple computer programs at the same time, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls
  • Answer incoming calls from customers who need help placing orders, require information, or have service-related questions
  • Use appropriate sales techniques to build strong customer relationships and improve the customer buying experience
  • Assist customers when ordering furniture or appliances
  • Set proper expectations and deliver on customer commitments
  • Follow up with customers on issues until they are fully resolved

 

 

$70,000 — $112,500 per year
