The company headquarters are located in the Cornell Business & Technology Park, Ithaca area’s premier suburban office and lab park next to the Tompkins Airport.

Summary of the role:

The programmer in this role will work with a very experienced team in an Agile environment creating code for new hosted systemsand/or updating legacy systems. QA and test are an integral part of the role thru peer to peer testing and along side a separate QA team. Interaction with internal and external customers is required in the role.

the programmer will perform product design, coding, testing and documentation which may require research and analysis. Supplies technical support internally and directly with customers and prospects as required. Operates under moderate supervision from Software Development Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities including the following:

• Performs non-complex product design, implementation and maintenance activities.

• Researches and analyzes non-complex problems found in QA or product support and develops solutions to the problems.

• Researches new technology or development tools to remain informed of current technology.

• Adheres to department standards, policies and procedures.

• Completes administrative responsibilities in a timely fashion.

• Participates in department analysis, design, and code reviews.

• Other duties may be assigned.
