Piton Labs is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join us as we enter our next stage of growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates based in time zones between GMT‑8 (U.S. West Coast) and GMT‑3 are strongly preferred, though others may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
You will be involved in the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with support from our founding team. While deep technical expertise isn’t required, a general understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to potential clients.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and engaging new prospective clients
• Representing Piton Labs at events, conferences, and meetings
• Developing and executing targeted business strategies for our key markets (startups and enterprise innovation)
• Collaborating with engineering to relay client needs and feedback
• Maintaining strong relationships through consistent communication
• Presenting and demonstrating our solutions to show how they address client challenges

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• Native-level English proficiency
• 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in a tech company
• Proven ability to generate new opportunities

REMOTE WORK POLICY
• Fully remote, with no physical office
• Preference for candidates based in the United States with legal work authorization
• Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with U.S. Eastern Time most days
• Compatible with a digital nomad lifestyle, with no fixed work location required
