Piton Labs is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to join us as we enter the next phase of our growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. We prefer candidates located in time zones between GMT-8 (U.S. West Coast) and GMT-3, though we will consider others on a case-by-case basis.
**Responsibilities and Expectations**
You will support the full sales process—from initial outreach to closing deals—in close collaboration with our founding team. Deep technical expertise isn’t required, but having a strong understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate the value of our solutions.
Your core responsibilities include:
– Identifying and reaching out to potential customers
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
– Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to our key markets (startups and enterprise innovation)
– Partnering with the engineering team to share customer needs and market feedback
– Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
– Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions address customer pain points

**Minimum Requirements**
