Piton Labs is looking for a Business Development Representative who has the drive to help propel our next stage of growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer pipeline and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates based between GMT‑8 (U.S. West Coast) and GMT‑3 are preferred, though other locations may be considered on an individual basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
You will participate in the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—with support from our founding team. Deep technical experience isn’t required, but you should have a basic understanding of software development and the technology landscape to communicate our value clearly to potential customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and reaching out to prospective customers
• Representing Piton Labs at events, conferences, and meetings
• Designing and executing go-to-market strategies for our key audiences (startups and corporate innovation teams)
• Working closely with engineering to translate customer needs and feedback
• Building and maintaining strong relationships through consistent communication
• Presenting and demonstrating our solutions, highlighting how they address customer challenges

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• Native-level English proficiency
• At least 4 years of experience in business development, ideally in a technology company
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities

REMOTE WORK POLICY
• Fully remote company with no physical office
• Preference for candidates based in the U.S. with legal authorization to work
• Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4 to 6 hours per day with U.S. East Coast working hours
• Suitable for digital nomads—no need for a fixed work location
