Piton Labs is seeking an energetic Business Development Representative to help drive our next phase of growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. We strongly prefer candidates in the GMT‑8 (US Pacific) to GMT‑3 time zones, but depending on circumstances, we may also consider applicants from other time zones.
**Responsibilities and Expectations**
You will participate in the full sales cycle—from identifying and reaching out to potential customers to closing deals—supported by the founding team. You don’t need deep technical expertise, but a solid foundation in software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to prospective customers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying and contacting new potential customers
• Representing Piton Labs in meetings, events, and industry conferences
• Developing and executing targeted sales strategies for key markets (startups and innovation-focused enterprise)
• Partnering with the engineering team to turn customer feedback into actionable requirements
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through ongoing communication
• Running demos and presentations to show how our solution addresses customer challenges

**General Requirements**
• English proficiency at a native level
• 4+ years of business development experience, ideally with a background in the technology industry
• Proven ability to build new business
**Remote Work Policy**
• Fully remote—no on-site office
• Priority for candidates in the United States with legal work authorization
• Second priority for candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4–6 hours on most working days with US East Coast time
