Piton Labs is seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative to support our next phase of growth. As our first hire in this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and developing new strategic partnerships. We strongly prefer candidates located in time zones from GMT‑8 (U.S. West Coast) to GMT‑3, though we may consider others on a case-by-case basis.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will be involved in the full sales cycle—from lead generation through deal closing—with support from our founding team. While deep technical expertise isn’t required, having a basic understanding of software development and the broader tech environment will help you communicate our value effectively to prospective clients.

Your key responsibilities include:
• Prospecting and contacting potential clients
• Representing Piton Labs at events, conferences, and meetings
• Developing and executing sales strategies for our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to translate customer needs and insights
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through consistent communication
• Delivering presentations and demos that clearly address client pain points

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• Native-level English proficiency
• 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in a technology company
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business

**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
• Fully remote; no physical office
• Preference for U.S.-based candidates with legal authorization to work
• Second priority for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with East Coast working hours on most days
• Works well with a digital nomad lifestyle, with no requirement for a fixed location
