Responsibilities

Support Belonging programs and initiatives.

· Belonging Resource Group (BRG) support through processes, partnerships, initiative developments, analytics, and reporting.

· Partners with greater Belonging team to deliver on roadmap activities and key deliverables while supporting the team to consistently meet deadlines.

· Partner in execution of day-to-day operations for the Belonging team.

· Remain knowledgeable and up to date on equality, diversity and inclusion legislation and policies.

· Suppport Belonging program evaluation through metrics, analytics and return on investment.

· Support and drive cross-functional collaborations and initiatives, with Brand, Marketing, TA, and other key stakeholders.

· Support working relationship with internal communications team and vendors as needed to promote and

communicate Belonging programs and activities.

· Support Vendor partnerships and management.

· Support and maintain robust Intranet (SharePoint) content for Belonging and Belonging Programs including BRGs

· Other duties as needed or assigned.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of management, Rivian team members, and external partners
  • Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Powerpoint)
  • Action-oriented, solution-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
