Piton Labs is seeking a committed Business Development Representative as we move into the next phase of our growth. As our first hire in this area, you’ll play a key role in expanding our customer portfolio and building new strategic partnerships. Strong preference is given to candidates in time zones between GMT‑8 (U.S. West Coast) and GMT‑3, though others may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will be involved in the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing deals—with support from our founding team. While deep technical knowledge isn’t required, understanding the basics of software development and the tech landscape will help you clearly communicate our value to potential customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and reaching out to potential clients
• Representing Piton Labs at events, conferences, and meetings
• Creating and executing sales strategies for our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Working closely with the engineering team to translate customer needs and insights
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent communication
• Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions solve customer challenges

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• Native-level English proficiency
• 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally at a technology company
• Proven ability to generate new business
**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
• Fully remote role, with no physical office
• Preference for candidates with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with the East Coast workday on most days
• Compatible with a digital nomad lifestyle, with no requirement to be in a fixed location
