Piton Labs is looking for a dedicated Business Development Representative to support our next phase of growth. As our first hire in this area, you will play a key role in expanding our customer portfolio and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates located between GMT‑8 (Pacific) and GMT‑3 are preferred, though others may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will support the full sales process—from lead generation to closing contracts—with guidance from our founding team. Deep technical expertise is not required, but a solid understanding of software development and the technology ecosystem will help you clearly communicate our value.

Your main responsibilities will include:
– Identifying and reaching out to prospective customers
– Representing Piton Labs at events, conferences, and meetings
– Developing and implementing targeted sales strategies for our key markets (startups and enterprise innovation)
– Working closely with the engineering team to share customer needs and feedback
– Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through ongoing communication
– Giving presentations and demos that show how our solutions address customer challenges

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
– Native-level English
– 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in a technology company
– Proven ability to acquire new customers

**REMOTE WORK**
– Fully remote role, with no physical office
– Preference for candidates in the United States who have valid work authorization
– Second priority for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Daily availability with a 4–6 hour overlap with the U.S. East Coast time zone
– Suitable for digital nomads, with no requirement for fixed location
