Piton Labs is seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative as we enter our next phase of growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates located between GMT -8 (U.S. West Coast) and GMT -3 are strongly preferred, though others may be considered individually.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
You will be involved in the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with support from our founding team. While deep technical expertise isn’t required, a general understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to potential clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and engaging new prospective clients
• Representing Piton Labs at events, conferences, and meetings
• Developing and executing targeted sales strategies for our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Collaborating with engineering to share customer insights and needs
• Maintaining strong client relationships through consistent communication
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations that show how our solutions address client challenges

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• Native-level English
• 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in a tech company
• Proven ability to generate new business
REMOTE WORK POLICY
• Fully remote, no physical office
• Preference for candidates in the U.S. with legal work authorization
• Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with U.S. East Coast time on most days
• Digital nomad-friendly, with no fixed work location required
