Piton Labs is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development professional to support our next stage of growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer portfolio and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates located between GMT-8 (US West Coast) and GMT-3 are preferred; applicants from other countries will be considered on an individual basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
You will guide the full sales process—from lead generation to closing—and will be supported by our founder team. Deep technical expertise is not required, but a solid understanding of software development and the technology landscape will help you clearly communicate our value to potential customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Identifying and reaching out to potential customers
• Representing Piton Labs at events, conferences, and meetings
• Developing and executing targeted sales strategies for our core markets (startups and corporate innovation teams)
• Working closely with the engineering team to relay customer needs and feedback
• Building and maintaining strong relationships through consistent communication
• Presenting our solutions and demonstrating how they address customers’ challenges

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• English proficiency at a native level
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Development, ideally in a tech company
• Proven ability to create new business opportunities
REMOTE WORK
• Fully remote, with no physical office
• Preference for US-based candidates with valid work authorization
• Second-priority consideration for applicants from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Daily overlap of 4 to 6 hours with US East Coast time
• Well-suited for digital nomads, with no fixed work location
