Piton Labs is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative as we move into our next stage of growth. As the first person in this role, you’ll help expand our customer base and create new strategic partnerships. We prefer candidates located in the GMT‑8 (US Pacific) to GMT‑3 time zones, though we may consider other time zones depending on the situation.

**Responsibilities and Expectations**
You’ll participate in the entire sales cycle—finding and contacting potential customers, working with prospects through to closing—supported by the founding team. While you don’t need deep technical knowledge, a strong understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you communicate our value clearly.

Key responsibilities include:
• Finding and reaching out to new prospects
• Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and industry conferences
• Creating and carrying out focused sales strategies for priority markets (startups and enterprise innovation)
• Partnering with the engineering team to translate customer feedback into actionable product needs
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication
• Giving product demos and presentations that show how our solution solves customer challenges

You’re driven, experienced in business development, and naturally build lasting relationships. You stand out because you:

• **Think strategically:** You understand market trends and can position our technology effectively
• **Understand technology:** You may not be an engineer, but you know enough about the digital space to clearly explain our value

**General Requirements**
• Native-level English proficiency
• 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in the technology sector
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business

**Remote Work Policy**
• Fully remote (no physical office)
• Priority for applicants in the United States with legal authorization to work
• Consideration for candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap with US East Coast time by 4–6 hours on most workdays
• Ideal for digital nomads who don’t have a fixed work location
