Piton Labs is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help us drive our next phase of expansion. As the first person hired for this role, you will play a key part in building our client base and creating new strategic partnerships. We strongly prefer candidates with time zones between GMT-8 (US West Coast) and GMT-3, although other profiles may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will take part in the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with support from our founders. Deep technical expertise is not required, but having a solid understanding of software development and the technology sector will help you clearly communicate our value to prospective clients.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Identifying and reaching out to new potential clients
• Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
• Designing and executing targeted sales strategies for our key markets (startups and innovation within enterprises)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to translate client feedback and needs
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing communication
• Giving presentations and demos that show how our solutions address client pain points

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• Fluent English (native level)
• 4+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the technology sector
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities
**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
• Fully remote role with no physical office
• Preference for candidates based in the United States with work authorization
• Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4 to 6 hours with Eastern Time on most days
• Ideal for digital nomads who don’t need a fixed workplace
