We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst (QA-Focused) to join our Product & Engineering team and help connect business requirements, product delivery, and software quality.
In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure applications and workflows operate as intended. You’ll also help improve documentation, testing processes, and overall product quality.
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys both:
- understanding how systems and workflows work, and
- ensuring features are tested properly before they reach production.
We’re looking for someone proactive, analytical, and hands-on—someone who asks the right questions, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of quality and delivery.
- Document workflows, business processes, and system behavior
- Collect, clarify, and refine requirements for new features and updates
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders throughout implementation
- Create, run, and maintain test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track bugs until resolved
- Perform regression and functional testing for web and internal applications
- Help prioritize improvements based on QA findings and business impact
- Ensure features meet functional expectations before release
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Business Analysis,
- Quality Assurance,
- or a combination of both
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience collaborating with developers and product stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Similar project/documentation tools
- Familiarity with:
- Salesforce
- CRM platforms
- Experience testing:
- Web applications
- Internal tools/platforms
- Understanding of software development workflows and release cycles
