Job Overview
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Travel Booking Agent to join our growing remote travel team. In this role, you’ll help clients plan and book their trips by providing excellent customer service—from their first inquiry through the end of their journey.

This fully remote position is ideal for people who enjoy helping others, are highly organized, and feel comfortable working from a flexible home environment.

Key Responsibilities
– Assist clients with travel reservations, including cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and vacation packages
– Research destinations, pricing, and travel options to meet each client’s needs
– Handle booking requests, confirm reservations, and update travel itineraries
– Provide professional customer support by phone, email, and online platforms
– Maintain accurate records of clients and reservations
– Share travel requirements, policies, and any needed documentation
– Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service and follow-up

Requirements
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Excellent organization and time-management abilities
– Ability to work independently in a remote setting
– Basic computer skills and quick learning of booking systems
– Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems
– A genuine interest in travel and a passion for helping others plan their trips

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience in travel, hospitality, bookings, or customer service
– Sales experience or experience working directly with customers
– Familiarity with online booking tools or CRM systems
