We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent with a proven track record to join an exciting, fast-growing team of passionate internet professionals around the world.

What You Will Do:

  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat and email.
  • Reply to chat and email requests.
  • Engage in conversations and create positive customer experiences.
  • Go the extra mile to ensure all customer needs are addressed.
  • Work with team members on payments and other related issues.

Requirements

About You:

  • Native Portuguese speaker.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must be 21 years old or older.
  • Excellent grammar and fast typing skills.
  • Please submit your CV with your application.
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and retain new information.
  • Motivation to improve and grow.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Professional attitude and the ability to handle customer questions with empathy, even when resolving issues.

Additional Details:

  • Work schedule: 40–44 hours per week (fixed hours), 5 days a week.
  • Some shifts are in the morning and others in the afternoon, but every shift includes at least one weekend day.
  • Long-term role (most hires stay with us for 1 year or more).
