We’re hiring a **Technical Customer Support Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first contact for our clients, assisting them through chat and email (no phone support). You’ll manage incoming requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and help ensure a smooth customer experience.

This is a **fully remote position**. If you’re based near Nantes, you may occasionally work from our office.

## What we’re looking for
– **Fluency in English and French is required**: English is our main working language, so strong writing and speaking skills are essential. We also support French-speaking customers. Additional languages are a plus.
– **Technical knowledge**: you don’t need to be a developer, but you must understand technical concepts (such as HTML/CSS). This is not a role you’ll be trained for from the ground up—please be ready to start.
– **Experience with live chat customer support**: you should be comfortable handling multiple customer conversations at once and responding clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with live chat tools is a plus.
– **Experience with B2B and support software**: you should understand how SaaS works and have experience with B2B tools (e.g., help desks, CRMs, or ticketing systems).
– **Team spirit**: empathy, kindness, active listening, and a collaborative attitude are essential. You’ll do well here if you value teamwork and a positive environment.
– Strong **communication** and **problem-solving** skills.
– **Bonus**: fluency in another European language.

## Contract details
– **In France**: you’ll be hired on a **standard employment contract (CDI)** if you live in France.
– **Outside France**: if you work from abroad, you’ll be on a **full-time freelance services contract**. You must be self-employed in your country and able to invoice.

## Compensation & benefits
– The salary for this position is **€30K–€35K gross per year**, depending on experience.
