Customer Service Associate (Portuguese & Spanish Speaking)

Location: Dublin, Ireland or London, United Kingdom
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Work Model: Hybrid

The Customer Service Associate delivers outstanding support to incoming customer inquiries and is also responsible for managing sales opportunities that come through inbound channels. This role handles phone, email, and chat interactions, covering everything from sales and service support to quoting prices, providing product and licensing details, negotiating, and resolving issues. The associate works closely with the sales team by offering administrative support and uses multiple computer systems to input and track invoices, as well as customer and sales information. This position plays an essential role in developing strong customer relationships and is a key part of the team.

Note: C1 fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.

Your Next Challenge:
• Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
• Engage customers in conversations to understand their needs, recommend appropriate products or services, and collect relevant information.
• Encourage customers to use self-service tools.
• Process, track, categorize, and manage invoices and internal reports accurately and on time using various systems.
• Look for innovative ways to improve efficiency in invoice processing.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks to improve departmental workflow.
• Answer calls quickly to ensure prompt customer service and route inquiries to the appropriate salesperson.
• Assist customers with issues such as password resets, download problems, and technical questions.
• Create and research CRM tickets.

What You’ll Need:
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant experience in customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships via phone and email.
• Strong computer skills, including internet use and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• A strong desire to learn.
• C1-level fluency in written and spoken Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Ability to gather customer or prospect information and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
