About the Role Lyra Health is looking for an Operations Associate to support cross-licensing operations across our Blended Care Therapy, Blended Care Meds and Speciality Care programs. Specifically, this role is responsible for shepherding clinicians through the end-to-end licensing process, providing high-touch support and resolving roadblocks to ensure a seamless path to approval. This role will be a great fit if you are energized by problem solving, delivering exceptional service, enabling access to high-quality mental health care to clients and supporting scaling efforts for a complex cross-licensure process. You will succeed if you are highly organized, detail-oriented, confident communicator, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
