MinMaxDeals is a wholesale distributor of branded cosmetics for e-commerce businesses.

We’re currently hiring a full-time customer support team member.

Go above and beyond to “wow” our customers. We’re looking for someone who can engage with customers, think critically to help them find the right products, set up their accounts, track orders, and sometimes come up with creative solutions.

**The ideal candidate knows Shopify and the Amazon platform. This is a remote, work-from-home position.**

**Duties:**
1. Open new wholesale accounts for new clients and verify the information provided
2. Provide support via phone, email, and chat
3. Proactively solve problems and suggest solutions on behalf of customers using good judgment to achieve the best outcome
4. Follow detailed verbal and written instructions
5. Empathize with customers and prioritize their needs
6. Work in Constant Contact
7. Suggest improvements to communication and processes when needed
8. Maintain accurate records and log follow-ups and customer interactions
9. Complete data entry tasks
10. Treat customers with respect, resolve issues, and set appropriate expectations

**Requirements:**
– Experience with Amazon Marketplace (Seller Central, Amazon policies, guidelines, and regulations, including ungating, approvals, prep procedures, etc.)
– Maintain a quiet workspace while answering phone calls; clear English pronunciation
– Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST; full-time position (40 hours per week)
– Ability to work from a private, distraction-free home environment (no barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.), with full attention to customers during working hours
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Experience in customer service or B2B sales
– Ability to communicate with warmth and empathy in writing and by phone
– Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
– Any additional tasks or duties as assigned
– Ability to clearly and concisely communicate company policies to clients
– Quick learner
