As a CRM Program Manager, you will oversee both the strategy and execution of email, push, and SMS campaigns, with a strong focus on increasing awareness, engagement, and retention in the automotive sector. You will help build campaign strategy, manage day-to-day campaign operations, and evaluate success using key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and engagement with our product. You will work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver a seamless, personalized customer experience, using data-driven insights to strengthen strategies and achieve measurable outcomes. You will report to the Online Marketing Director.

Key responsibilities:
– Auto Experience: Support initiatives related to the automotive industry.
– Lifecycle Execution and Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end strategy for email campaigns that drive traffic, engage new partners, and encourage conversions, ensuring customers remain engaged throughout their lifecycle.
– Campaign Reporting: Own key campaign performance metrics to evaluate initial results, identify new opportunities, and test hypotheses. Partner with analytics to share insights that may benefit other teams.
– Collaboration: Coordinate with stakeholders across the broader Experian ecosystem to align CRM campaigns with product launch milestones, primary performance goals, and ongoing programs.
– Optimize Campaign Performance: Understand current email segmentation, the creative library, and industry best practices. Use A/B testing and data-driven insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and other engagement metrics. Use segmentation and audience insights to tailor messaging for maximum impact.
– Project Facilitation: Help coordinate multi-channel digital communications programs and ensure goals and customer needs are clearly understood.

Qualifications:
– 4 years of experience in email marketing or CRM, preferably within financial services or a subscription-based business environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
– Experience delivering enterprise-level email marketing programs.
– Ability to understand campaign performance metrics and turn data into actionable insights.
