Help develop and implement an overall test automation strategy for unit, system, and load testing

Drive improvements in tools supporting Test Driven Development

Own and evolve the test structures by working with development teams to align with application modules and use cases

Design and construct data-agnostic tests that can be used as reference implementations that others can follow

Improve existing test automation suite (i.e. make them faster, more flexible and easier to use)

Monitor test quality to ensure alignment with test automation standards

Work with development peers to ensure consistency of test development

Track the coverage of the unit tests across a functional area and insert new test cases as necessary

Monitor passed vs. failed tests throughout a product release cycle and utilize our issue tracking tool to log bugs and/or enhancement requests
