AI Augmentation & Adoption Specialist (Freelance)

We’re looking for an AI Augmentation & Adoption Specialist to support our teams during two in-person sessions at our office week.
Your mission:
Help teams feel curious, confident, and empowered about AI by:
Showing how big the AI shift is and how it’s reshaping work
Connecting AI to Prismic’s vision and products
Helping people see how their work remains meaningful and impactful
Exploring how humans can help shape an undefined, AI-powered future
What you’ll do:
Support and enrich a half-day AI hackathon, alongside internal AI champions, by helping teams frame meaningful, human-centred AI opportunities based on real workflows
Host a future-of-work workshop helping people reflect on their AI-augmented role
You are:
A strong facilitator and storyteller
Comfortable explaining AI without hype or fear
Deeply aligned with human-first AI
Able to engage both technical and non-technical teams
Freelance mission · On-site in Paris · English
