We are seeking an Associate Consultant to work on our consulting staff for 7 months initially.
This role will allow you to work from home but you will be facilitating meetings over the phone for several hours per day and independently working on deliverables the rest of your day. It is helpful if you have experience working from a home office.
In order to be hired you must pass a criminal background check as you will be consulting with a large financial company (Fortune 30).
Qualifications: Strong Communication Skills Written and Verbal: A high percentage of your time will be spent communicating with Key Stakeholders over the phone throughout the organization. Clear, concise and confident communication, both written and verbal is essential to this role. Leadership: Varying levels of the organization are involved in his initiative. Strong leadership skills are required to engage team members and execute on the company’s overall objective.
Team Management / Facilitation: Multiple teams are involved in the deliverables needed to achieve project objectives. Strong team management /facilitation skills are required to ensure progress is being made and achieved in a timely manner.
Organization: There are many moving parts and people involved with the functions of this role. Organization of emails, documentation, deliverables, stakeholder requirements and timing is required to be successful.
Attention to Detail: In this role you will be assisting with the facilitation of large scale strategic initiatives / goals. A pulse on the big picture while leading internal teams through the detailed project deliverables is critical.
Analytical Skills: An ability to analyze and graphically represent data at both a detailed and executive level.
Presentation Skills: Ability to create report outs and present to all levels of the organization.
Microsoft Office: Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
SharePoint: Proficiency with SharePoint is helpful
