Role: The Associate role requires practical experience working with clients to develop, prioritize and communicate solutions. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and collaborate effectively with Elevar leadership to help build / grow the company.
In this role you will: •Ensure successful delivery of projects within project schedules •Identify and communicate issues, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses, and synthesize conclusions into recommendations •Develop insights, ask effective questions, understand broad business issues, relate details to broader context and be an effective story teller •Develop and clearly communicate recommendations to senior audiences •Impact the direction of Elevar’s growing team by assisting leadership in BD / internal operations •Support recruiting efforts
A strong candidate will have: •Experience in healthcare or pharma industry •Experience working well with teams •Exceptional verbal /written communication •Attention to detail and highly effective time /workload management •Excellent quantitative, analytical and conceptual skills, with an ability to structure sound approaches to ambiguous / complex problems (business case / financial modeling) •An ability to balance competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, and interactive environment
Requirements: •BA required; MBA preferred •3-5 years work experience; consulting and/or management experience preferred •80% travel required
